‍All content within the Twenty Five Words app, including but not limited to text, graphics, illustrations, logos, challenge content, and design, is the intellectual property of Twenty Five Words and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any App content without our express written permission.Your personal writing responses and journal entries remain your own. We make no claim of ownership over content you create within the App.

‍4. Writing Content and Public Domain Material

‍Some writing challenges within the App include short passages from public domain literary works sourced from Project Gutenberg and similar repositories. These are used solely for educational and creative inspiration purposes. All such passages are believed to be in the public domain in the United States at the time of inclusion.If you believe any content within the App infringes upon a copyright you hold, please contact us at the email address below and we will investigate promptly.

‍5. User Responsibilities

‍You are solely responsible for the writing content you create within the App. You agree not to input content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.Since the App stores your data locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for any data loss resulting from device damage, loss, or unauthorised access.

‍6. iCloud Sync

‍If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your private Apple iCloud account. We do not have access to this data. Your use of iCloud is subject to Apple's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We accept no liability for any loss or inaccessibility of data stored in iCloud.

‍7. No Medical or Professional Advice

‍Twenty Five Words is a creative writing habit app. It does not provide psychological, therapeutic, medical, or professional advice of any kind. While writing can be a beneficial personal practice, the App is not a substitute for professional mental health support.If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, please seek support from a qualified professional.

‍8. Limitation of Liability

‍Twenty Five Words shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the App at all times.We accept no liability for any loss of writing data resulting from device failure, operating system updates, or App deletion. We strongly recommend users back up important writing content independently.

‍The App may integrate with Apple services including iCloud (CloudKit) and WidgetKit. These services are governed by Apple's own Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services.
